We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

My wife was a patient of Dr. Ripp. She had debilitating pain in her neck. Dr. Ripp refused to order diagnostic imaging tests and told her the pain was psychosomatic-she was imagining it. When I asked his nurse how Dr. Ripp could refuse to treat one of his patients she said “you’re free to switch doctors.” We did switch doctors and it turned out my wife had degenerative osteoarthritis in her neck and a bone fragment had broken off and was piercing her spinal cord. I will never forget how Dr. Ripp chose to let her suffer instead of ordering a simple procedure like an X-ray. I leave this review every so often to remind Dr. Ripp that my wife trusted him with her care and he betrayed his oath, causing her pain and suffering. He could have helped and refused. That is despicable.
