Do NOT trust your health to Dr Sherbet
After visiting Heart Hosp Er (Dr Sherbet) and calling his office with severe chest pains three times he dismissed me and I was informed my heart was fine. A week later I went to Cabot ER and they found it was my gallbladder causing the chest pains and couldn’t believe my cardiologist didn’t check that. Because Sherbet didn’t diagnose correctly I had a gallstone go through my pancreas and block it causing damage that required a month hospital stay and numerous procedures. I tried to explain everything that happened to me today during my visit with Sherbet but he got very short with me ( told me I was lucky to have a cardiologist that knew it wasn’t my heart and then informed me that if I was going to talk about all the stuff that happened he was going to see the next patient and would be back ( after I had waited 1-1/2 hours in the examination room). After words between us he told the front desk to call security and have me escorted out. He was raising his voice and extremely unprofe.

So far has been a Great Doctor
Really can talk to him and he explains everything, doesn't harp or push but states what we should do. In my opinion and my husband, he is by far the best and listens.

My husband has considerable heart problems and now Alzheimer’s. My husband was upset at our long wait at the clinic and told Dr. Sherbet, who didn’t take it well. They argued loudly and Sherbet told my husband never to come back. A doctor should know how to diffuse issues like this…not yell at an elderly man. Also, after husband’s stent surgery, he didn’t explain it to me which other doctors have. We’ve been AHH patients many years and now must find a new doctor. I won’t go back to Sherbet myself either. I got the feeling there was no empathy for patients, which all doctors should have. We’re people, not just a file or a number.

Daniel Sherbet returned my call as the doctor on call for the AR Heart Hospital, 1/9/21. My phone apparently assumed his number was a robocall and it wouldn’t ring, but the number showed up on my phone. I knew it was him because it was very early in the morning, on Saturday. As soon as I said my name and that I was returning his call he began literally screaming at me. He yelled, “How did you get this number?! This is my pet Dubai number! Don’t you ever call this number again! Delete it from your phone as soon as we hang up!” He was literally yelling. He would not let me explain what happened—which was obviously not my fault. He interrupted as asked me “What is your PROBLEM?” I explained my symptoms, which were related to medication. He yelled, “That is not a side effect of Valsartan. I’m not a kidney specialist. If those are your symptoms just go to the ER.” I then raised my voice, “Why are you being so aggressive?” He then asked why I was yelling. I said because you’re being aggress

I find it difficult to believe the above reviews of Dr Sherbet. I could not have asked for a more caring doctor. I am thankful that my primary care doctor selected him to follow up on my problems. Helen Frost - Kensett AR 5/27/2020

This Doctor should have stepped aside when my Mom entered into the hospital. His RN Sara thinks she’s the doctor. We could never get answers and never could get a dx on my Mom. 46 days later my Mom died. AHH is not a place to take a loved one!!

A horrid presumptuous doctor with a superiority complex and delusions of grandeur. None of our questions were answered and we were dismissed as though our concerns weren't valid. He actually screamed at me (the mother) for asking questions. Tempers flaring in a doctor's office is not something I'm accustomed to and as far as upholding oaths go.. this doctor could use a refresher course on both that and his bedside manner. I was stunned, my daughter cried. A terrible example for a doctor.

His nurse Amanda is so rude! She is so impatient, arrogant & acts like she doesn't want to have to lift a finger to do anything. Acts like a know it all & condescending if you have questions or need something. He's great. She reflects poorly on his office though.
