Dr. Daniel Smuckler, MD

Dr. Smuckler could be a great doctor in the right setting, but his integrity has been compromised. In addition to his failure to file ethics violation of public record, he is currently working at Four Winds, Katonah, where the majority shareholder of the clinic (daughter of the founder) is allowed to overrule his evaluations, and require him to act contrary to his best instincts, which are good. It's a waste of a good doctor to have him stuck in that environment, but if you can somehow work with him outside of Four Winds (not sure that's possible) you'll likely find quality, compassionate care (thus the 2nd star). If he can get free of that place, I'd double the stars, but unfortunately at the time of this review, he can't be trusted because of what I've observed with his current employer.
