Not a very professional or friendly derm. Saw for almost a yr. Lost all my hair due to all the antibiotics and steroids ordered. Told me it was all from scratching and gave me a card for mental health as he walked in the hallway saying that one probably has co vid the other not good enough health insurance. While he wasn't goid at all listening to me as a patient. My well water was contaminated. Which after cutting into ny head for a biopsy made the pathogen enter the wounds. He told me not to bother having my water tested. I think he needs to freshen up on his skills knowledge take a course....to possibly be able to help patients instead of taking the masshealth. Money with no treatment except more damage than when I went in.

Dr. Daniel Viders, M.D. June 13, 2019 RE: DANIEL KWIECIEN, J PA I wanted to reach out to you writing this letter to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the high quality patient care I have received from Dan along with the Kim, Mindy and everyone at Auburn Dermatology. I can remember coming into your office in tears because of the severe allergic reactions to poison ivy among other things wondering what was going to happen... Dan has really helped me more than you can ever imagine. He is always so kind, caring, and very professional in his duties. He’s committed dedicated with outstanding qualities and truly an asset to your facility. I am sure he will continue to make your organization proud. I highly recommend Auburn Dermatology. Warm regards, Susan J. Colena

I have been a patient here for many years and every single time I go there, I am greeted with a smile. There is barely any wait time, which is a very amazing for a busy specialty office. The front staff is very competent and caring. Dr. Viders’ knowledge of dermatology is unparalleled and I recommend Dr. Viders to any family and friends in need of an excellent dermatologist.

Dr. Viders is certainly a competent, professional, and kind physician. However, it's his practice at Auburn Dermatology that I have issues with. What Dr. Viders' role in the management of the clinic is, I'm not clear on. However- it's very poorly run. Long wait times and apathetic- if not outright rude- staff. Phone calls will be left un-returned (I left 3-4 messages over the course of a week- no call back). While I would trust Dr. Vider with my care, something must be done about his office.

Dr. Viders was horrible, his staff is incredibly rude and impatient. They have not been helpful at all, I've had an ongoing problem since the beginning of summer and they have only performed one test. In four visits, I've only seen the actual doctor himself, more often than not he pushes work off on his assistants.

told me i was fine on the first visit, the assistant had to insist he look at me on the second visit and gave me improper meds. and diag. but biopsied. on the third visit he gave me the correct treatment, saying it came from very personal contact and i gave out info. to personal and unnecessary, the last asst. told me to go on line and look it up and the info. was totally differend than he had told me, I summered longer because he did not do his job peoperly, and i am still having problems.

Spends little time with patients and turns over actual care to subordinates. If they fail to bill insurance, they will send you a first invoice years later and state that it's a final notice and threaten your credit if you don't pay it.
