Horrible Communication
During appointments, he is a great doctor, but his communication skills when you are not sitting in the exam room are plain neglectful. His nurses say he only reviews messages at 5:00 PM (which is after they close) which would be bad enough (since it would mean you would have to wait, even for something urgent), but, in my experience, he does not do anything once he review messages. He does not call you back. He does not send messages through the web portal. He does not give the nurses any message for you.I have been trying to get him to just send a refill to a pharmacy for the past week and I keep getting told by his nurses to wait until 5 and he will do it. Every single day. They have even told me that they can see he is reading messages from me and them, but he is still doing nothing.

My Dr. Daniel Voegele is the best. He is very attentive, knowledgeable, caring, professional, has excellent bedside manners while keeping your best interest at heart. He always promote good health!!! He encourages me that when i help him to help me by taking care of myself, that we can have better results together! May God Bless My Doctor Daniel Voegele and His Family Forever.

I'm impressed this doctor is very detailed oriented...went over everything so I understood. He updated everything, covered more in 1 appointment, than my prior doctor did in 2 years. The staff is courteous, the np is awesome.
