Nothing But Good
I have had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Cooley. I’ve been seeing her phone number for years. She has been good at listening to my highs and my lows . She has kept me in the loop with my medical conditions . Her office staff has always been professional, approachable, and easy to talk to. The only issue I have is not with her staff. It is with the system that virtual uses to make appointments. You have to go through there. main call center first. When I first began going to Dr. Cooley, I used to be able to call directly into the office.. I wish they would go back to that because sometimes talking to the people in the call center is unproductive.

My quarterly lab result review.
I've been a patient of Dr. Cooley's for more then 10 years now. I've found her to be a Dr. that really listens to me and my needs. This last visit was a normal appointment. I went in to have my lab results read. As usual, she played close attention to my labs, reviewing the old results and comparing them to the new ones. She listen to new issues and together we came up with a plan to move forward in my heath care plan.

I explained to Dr. Cooley the terrible experience I had at the sleep study clinic. Despite that she demanded I return. I did not return and subsequently I learned I did not have sleep apnea. The sleep clinic was trying to sell me the C-pap machine. Which of course I did not need.

Doctor Cooley is by far the most knowledgeable and compassionate Doctor I have seen. No questions left unanswered and I am never felt rushed. She treats her patients with great care and heartfelt concern. There is nothing like being under the care of a doctor that you trust.

My wife and I had a 15 minute over the phone (FaceTime) consultation with Dr. Cooley back in March in which we were subsequently charged $400.00! This woman is crazy to think that her services were worth that cost. Well, because of how she submitted the claim to my insurance, we are stuck footing the bill. Phone calls and appeals were made with no resolution in sight. We’re appalled by the lack of human decency of this woman and her entire practice. I guess in the end it’s all about the almighty dollar to them.

I would give her zero stars if I could. She is the worse Doctor I’ve ever met. She made me wait 40 minutes.. she was extremely rude to me and made me leave without a flu shot. I could have caught the flu and gotten really sick. How’s that for negligence. She also gave no explanation for why she wouldn’t give me a flu shot. MEAN!
