Dr Duncan is rude and doesn’t answer questions or concerns in an appropriate manner, she has an attitude and acts likes she has no interest in her patients well being. She has zero empathy and she made very inappropriate comments to me

I have been going to Dr Duncan for over 6 years, at first I could not say enough nice things about her. But after having my knee replaced in April 2021, my overall experience was just not good. First of all the day I had the surgery, after my Spinal and nerve block was administered she asked me how my pain was and I said actually not bad at all, she said well we can postpone the surgery, are you kidding? I had already been riding my bike 10 miles a day at the gym to prepare and also went through all the pretests for the surgery. So we went on she replaced my knee, I had pre-scheduled Physical Therapy for 2 days later and her office had me cancel, said they would not give me a referral until after my 2 week check up, so I did not have any PT until 3 weeks after the surgery. I talked to the medical assistant and kind of asked why they don't recommend therapy right away and she said to many people have extra pain and request Opioids, I quit the Oxy after 5 days, my PT people were not

A clear, recent "un-diagnosis" of a patient left the patient in severe pain for way too long. The prescription of splints, at a patient's out of pocket, cost was unnecessary and incorrect. After the patients visit to this physician, the physician placed a call to the patients PCP (primary care physician) and the discussed treatment was an "anti-depressant" which was totally uncalled for. While pain is a depressant, this patient needed surgery to correct a problem that should have been diagnosed and treated much earlier. I am a staunch patient advocate and this "Doctors" treatment of this patient was unprofessional and horrific! There was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION between Doctor and patient as this patient was not listened to from the start of the visit! I would suggest she leave her practice and find work elsewhere! Shop for a great Doctor folks, this one isn't it!!

It would hurt if Dr Duncan was little bit more caring... And her pa Amanda lies.. Probably wouldn't hurt for Amanda to learn how to read so she could tell them truth about what's going on...

Fractured my femur when I was athletic 17yr old. Wish I would’ve got second opinion sooner. 1) She used the wrong titanium rod implant which is why she struggled to get the rod inside the bone. 2) She didn’t assess rotational malignment until 1 year after the break and bone had healed back together. This should’ve been diagnosed within first few weeks! 3) We had visit to discuss rotation, but never thought to order CT scan to assess the severity of malalignment, was just going to eyeball it. 4) Got second opinion, he ordered CT to measure the rotation before making recommendations. It should be within 5degrees of non broken leg. My femur is severely malaligned at 40degrees!

Her PA Amanda is so much nicer than her. She was very curt and has poor people skills. I wont return to see her and dont recommend her. Her answers to problems with joints involve tons of copays and when you say you act afford them she makes you feel like a peasant. Shame on you for making patients that look to you for help feel beneath you.

Dr Duncan had poor pain mgmt skills with my mom. Stopped her pain medication after only four weeks. My mom had major knee surgery with severe valgus deformation. It took her a year to fully heal and her knee is still swollen and painful. My mom does not abuse drugs. She was in tears and all Dr Duncan could say was..."well you will get addicted to them, so I won't give you any more pain meds" then she acted like I was going to attack her for not giving a script, she brought in the MA.

I highly recommend Dr. Duncan. I had Anterior Approach Hip Replacement done about 3 years ago. She was so easy to talk to, understanding and made sure you understood the procedure. The Anterior Approach surgery went extremely well and I couldn't have been more pleased with this type of hip surgery and how quickly I was up and about. I waited this long to be sure I wouldn't have any problems. I'm extremely pleased and would go to Dr. Duncan again and highly recommend her with confidence.

Dr. Duncan done a total of four surgerys on my husband's knee, and foot after a car accident. She took time to explain all of her procedures to us, and even drew out on paper for us where she had placed his screws, and metal plate. She is wonderful, and we recommend her to everyone. Thank you Dr. Duncan from the Collins family.

Absolute horrible bedside manner. My husband went to her for his knee. It is worn out. She made fun of how he walked. Wouldn't recommend her to my worse enemy. Offered no help at all. Basically told him to tough it out. We are currently seeking a new doctor for knee replacement.

Dr. Duncan and Amanda Goodwin are the best providers ever! My son has had on-going issues with his foot and they are 100% committed to making it a possibility for him to play sports again. We have had some trials along the way and everything didn't work out perfect the 1st time (no fault of theirs!) but he is well on his way after his 2nd surgery. They always include him in decisions. I cannot thank them and their staff enough! I will recommend them to anyone that needs and orthopedic surgeon.
