Amazing she is the best

Saw the Dr for a blocked ear which was simply an excess of wax buildup. Nurses flush my ears and the Dr had to clear one with some gentle suction. Fast service done in a friendly manner while explaining everything. Excellent service. 5 minutes wait on arrival was nice and short!

Great experience. Dr Warner is a doctor with a personality and a sense of humor. She was gentle, explained what she was doing along the way and explained her findings in simple terms. Exactly what I would expect from every doctor. Highly recommend.

Dr. Warner is patient & kind -- took the time to show me my throat scan and go over everything and offered info on follow-up treatment. Excellent doctor!

Dr. Warner is a unique doctor and person in ways that are so hard to come across these days. She listens and spends time with her patients. She’s very compassionate and truly cares. I wish I could find a doctor like her in other specialties. I know I am not an easy patient but she always fits me in and has never been disrespectful or even exasperated when I can tell she’s extremely busy. I have never had a doctor review an actual CAT scan with me frame by frame. When I asked a question about something that wasn’t in the report she proactively followed up with the radiologist for an explanation. I hope all that kindness comes back to her a thousand fold. Her staff are also so compassionate and smart too

In the words of the late great Tina Turner, Dr. Warner is 'Simply the best!' Hands down one of the best doctors and ENT specialists I've ever had. I'm an adult who gets tubes, usually something only kids get when they're little and then you're done. Not me. In my late 30s, I'm a little sensitive when it comes to my ears after years and years of issues and doctors who brushed off my concerns. Not only is Dr. Warner gentle and efficient, but she also listens to you and game plans with you.

She listened and was attentive from the start! Friendly, empathetic and thorough! We were thrilled to have a dr that actually explained to us what was happening with my dads hearing and walk through options for proceeding. We left feeling listened to and validated with our concerns and content with knowing next steps and what to expect. All done in the friendliest of manners as well!

I had high hopes for my child’s visits with Dr. Danielle Warner, but unfortunately, our experience fell short. While she exudes kindness, her disregard for patients' time is disappointing. On two separate occasions, we waited over 40 minutes past our scheduled appointment to see her. During one of our visits, my child had an in-office procedure. Dr Warner used a local anesthetic and mentioned she'd return in roughly 5 minutes, yet she kept us waiting for nearly half an hour without any explanation or apology. It's regrettable that despite her pleasant demeanor, her lack of punctuality and respect for patients' time overshadowed the positive aspects of her care.

Dr. Warner is very kind and caring. She listened to all my concerns and explained things very well to me. I did not feel rushed and I felt like she really heard me. She was also very gentle when doing my office procedure. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs an ENT.

First time seeing Dr. Warner...great demeanor, warm, engaging and very smart...no nonsense but very caring.

I have an odd condition that has required several surgeries and uncommon medicines. I am not an easy patient and my treatment can be discouraging for all involved. Dr. Warner listened, really listened! She offered a new option and adjusted the protocol to meet my needs. I found her by accident. I will never let her go!

Dr. Warner took the time to explain everything to me. Unlike other doctors did NOT "make mountains out of molehills"! One of the very few doctors I feel I can trust for care. Bonus... she has a lovely personality.
