Outstanding! I'm trying to reconnect with Dr Smart,after an absence of over14 years. I am 87 and need a doctor I have confidence in. I need Dr. Smart current address, the on line address is incorrect,he hasn't been with the VA (on Rock Prairie for over 14 years). I would like to schedule an appointment.
