Left two messages after a hospitalization. No returned call. Found another doctor.

Truly discouraged by this doctor my experience has been absolutely outrageous. I have been a patient of Dr. Zandi's for around 9 months now. Every time that I go in for my follow up it seems as though I was a new patient to him, not remembering who i am or familiar with any of my previous visits does he not chart our visits?. Im constantly having to start from the beginning every time i go in. I do not think he cares enough to actually read or write any notes he just stands there looking at his computer not typing anything. His has many times rescheduled my phone appointments or in person appointments due to "emergency" once to two times I understand but when it's many times in a row seems like a lazy doctor to me who just wants to go home early.

I am not one who goes out of his way to write a negative review. Unless my experience has been absolutely atrocious. I have been a patient of Dr. Zandi's for around 6 months now. Every time that I go in for a visit, it seems as though I am a brand new patient. He does not seem to be familiar with any of our meetings. I feel like I literally have to start from square one and explain my entire medical history every time. I do not think he cares enough to actually read or write any notes on what I am in need of medical assistance with. 3 months ago he had me start on a medication. Originally he gave me the dosage to follow and vaguely stated we will reassess in a couple months. 3 months passed and I had to follow up with him. I went in for my appointment and he literally asked me who was the doctor that prescribed me the medication and why.... I literally thought this was a joke. This was beyond discouraging. He could not answer when I asked him how much longer he thought that I needed

Doctor Zandi is popular. So much so that we are working him to exhaustion. Please take a break, cut back, take on partners, whatever you need to do to continue exceptional and careful and personalized care to each of your patients. You are one of the very best Darius. Please hang in there!

Dr.Zandi is thoughtful, listens and really is what a real Dr should convey to his patients. Never rushes you. When one goes to a Doctor they expect care for what physically is ailing them. If Dr. Zandi believes there is an underlying problem he will send you to a specialist.That’s what a real Dr does. He doesn’t second guess.

I have been a patient of Dr. Zandi for a little over 15 years. He is always concerned about my well being and offers great advice,and not just medicine for my health. I recommend Dr. Zandi for any ailments that you may have.

Dr. Zandi has been treating my husband and myself for over 20 years and are we have always been very pleased by his care. Dr. Zandi has always promoted preventative care, listens carefully and gives you his undivided attention. When I broke my foot, he pushed me to my car in a wheelchair. Just one example of how much he cares for his patients.

Dr. Zandi is the best, he preaches prevention over chasing down symptoms. I have joined the weight loss team, I have a BP cuff and Scale he can help to monitor remotely and the office staff are the best.

I have been with Dr Zandi for over 7 years now and I refuse to change my medical coverage because of him. He goes out of his way to make sure that you (the patient) get everything you need before you leave. When he looks at you he's listening to you. You can always tell when a doctor is trying to rush through his appointments but this doctor truly cares about his patients. He is always encouraging diet changing , herbal remedies, new lifestyle changes and is there for the long haul. I have gone to him throughout my entire ankylosing spondylitis diagnosis and multiple neck and back surgeries and this man has no limits. He is absolutely the most selfless doctor I've met. Dr. Zandi has served as my primary care doctor for about 10 years. He takes a genuine interest in his patients' well-being, both physically and spiritually. He's very thoughtful, professional and kind.
