Don't be late
This doctor was very rushed, inattentive, and dismissive with me. I was about 5 min late for my appointment. I overheard the nursing staff discussing that Dr. Hull's pet peeve is late patients and basically she treats you accordingly. I gave her a second try cause I couldn't find another provider at that time and needed refills. I was early this time. She was a little nicer but still very rushed. I asked her about something to help with weight loss. She suggested a medication with an ingredient I am allergic too. Said the only other thing she would offer was an OTC medication that has shown poor results. Said she didn't want to give me another weight loss pill cause it's 'controlled' then said it was also because of my high blood pressure I might have a stroke. My BP was 130/84, hardly a stroke risk with low dose. Prescribed me a GLP1 that I told her my insurance wouldn't cover. She wanted me to 'try' Well it's not covered, and $1,300 cash. What school did she go to?!?!

I sat down and within 5 minutes I was taken back by a nurse name Jessica. She told me her name was Jessica and she was taking me back. She did not explain if she was a nurse or not but I believe she was. She was slender and blond, and was nice looking in appearance. She got my weight and my height. I was then taken to an exam room. Right away she jumped straight the point and informed me that the doctor would only be treating two of my problems today, and that she was told to inform me. I was very confused what she meant, and asked what problems I had listed. I had made the appointment a while back and I really just needed a new provider since mine was no longer in practice. She told me, asthma management, birth control management and pap smear, and fibromyalgia management, and labs. She told me she would ask the Dr. but for initial appointments they only will handle two things. I explained refills were the most important. I needed birth control and my steroid inhaler refilled the mo

Dr. Hull is very caring and has always looked out for my best interests. I have gone to her for the last 6 years. I switched from several doctors that were not my favorites to say the least. Dr. Hull is my favorite doctor and I highlyrecommend seeing her for your Healthcare needs.

I don’t think I have ever left a physician appt with such an awful feeling about the experience. I thought that I had made an establishing appt for a yearly wellness exam, which I had made several weeks in advance. I was told by the MA after being put in the room that I had to either pick having a woman’s wellness exam or to talk about my ‘issues’ but the Dr didn’t have time to do both. I am pretty healthy and only had a couple issues to address. My appt was at 1pm. I was back in my car by 1:40pm. This provider showed no empathy, concern, compassion or really even interest in my care. The MA was nice. The clerical office staff were slightly rude. I read a lot of reviews before selecting this provider and I don’t know how my appt was so far off what others have said. I am VERY disappointed and very disheartened by this experience. These kind of experiences are what give people a bad taste for seeking medical care before an emergency happens.

Dr Hull herself is great. I want to be clear that I adore Dr Hull. Office staff however need some training. I left details but then deleted because I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but there have been some serious issues. Dr Hull is 10/10. Staff is 2/10.

I have had good and bad experiences with several doctors over the years. I can honestly say for me personally, Dr. Hull has been a good family physician. Maybe we relate since we have children around the same age, but she has always had fantastic bed side manner, and she has respected that I do not want to be on a lot of prescription drugs. She helped me get through the required insurance hoops so I could qualify for bariatric surgery, and my life is improving at this time. Not every doctor is a good match for everyone. There is another doctor in her office that I would completely lose it if I ever saw again. He was tge most arrogant, compassionless individual I had ever seen. Thankfully, I can not say the same thing about Dr. Hull. She is all stars in my book. :)

I have primary immunodeficiency disease. When I call for a refill of antibiotic “No, we can’t refill your antibiotic we can refer you to ENT”. No thanks, this office is always ready to refer you elsewhere if they can’t see you”! No care or customer service for the patient!

I was required to make a meet and greet appointment JUST to establish Dr. Hull as my doctor even though there wasn't any medical reason for me to be seen. I filled out the history and new patient forms, then met with Dr. Hull. She brought up migraines only because it was marked on my history form. She then billed the apt as a migraine apt and I received a bill for $106. This is fraud. They require these "meet and greet" appointments just to find a way to get money out of you!!
