She is a VERY CARING Dr. She has always gone the extra mile for me. Very good at getting back to me on the portal. She is worth a Million Dollars to me . I think she is the BEST DR. In the world.

She has been my doctor for a few years now, and i never had issues until my last appointment. Its been a couple months since that appointment, but i can't get it out of my head. My doctor was so undeniably rude to me, she was making negative comments about my weight, which is RIDICULOUS. She didnt realize i had just had my baby the last appointment (before this one), and figured i was just naturally obese. i am a female who is 5'9"

Had a visit recently and was pretty much told not to see the residents and to only meet with the members of my “team”?? What? This office is making my decision to leave them easier and easier.

The office, staff and doctors are great, except for one issue. Getting results from lab work takes WAY TO LONG. I shouldn’t have to sign up to Quest Diagnostics and get the results from THEM FIRST! This is unacceptable.

Dr. Lane may very well be Williamsville’s best kept secret. She is stellar on many levels. Kind, an exceptional listener, treats you individually w care and compassion. The rest of the medical community could well learn from her. I am glad she is young bc l fully intend to stay in her practice long term. The nurses are just “ok” and the girls at the desk just process you, but it can’t dilute how exceptional Dr. Lane is!

Dr. lane is a wonderful primary care doctor. She is knowledgeable, a good listener, and explains things well. I am a person with several health issues so I have been lots of experience with doctors and doctors offices. I give Dr. Lane and her entire office staff my highest recommendation. She has taken care of me for ten years, and I have great confidence in her.

She spent about five mintues with me and showed no interest in getting to know me or my medical history. She had about one foot out the door. Her P.A was no help at all and would just refer me to other professionals. The staff was rude I would not recommend this place.

I love Dr. Lane, however, her staff at the front desk and answering phones is horrible. They are rude, unfriendly and miserable. If I didn't REALLY like Dr. Lane I would switch Dr's in a heartbeat because of her staff.
