No confidence in him!
I had a terrible experience with Dr. Freeman though I really needed his help and was open to his expertise. He was the second part of a team along with Dr. Singla that performed a MOHS procedure on me in early 2024. I have also left a review about Dr. Singla and the procedure itself if you care to look it up. Dr. Freeman came in to try to stitch the large wound that I had open and bleeding for six hours on my forehead. He has a terrible bedside manner. He made several inappropriate jokes. I’d had a long day and had even cried about some issues with the procedure. I found that he certainly cannot read the room and by coincidence told me while he was stitching up my wound that his wife often told him that and I thought wow is that true. But beyond bedside manner he did not do a good job and that’s most important! He stitched it up and within a few days it got an infection. I was given two serious, potentially life-threatening bacteria during the surgery, one of them being Mrsa. It took

I had a facelift about a year ago by Dr. Freeman and my entire neck and face are still numb. The whole experience was devastating. I should have known before the procedure when Dr. Freeman sat down right in front of me, 5 minutes before the surgery was about to take place, and told me that there was a chance that I could have permanent numbness. I should have listened to my inner logic and not have had it done. I felt like I was a cow in a cattle barn because I got pushed out of the recovery room so fast. I could barely stand up and they made me return home before I was fully even recovered. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. I should have done a lot more investigating before I had this procedure.

The best!
If I could give more stars I would. I recently had a procedure done at PPSD and I could not be happier! From the initial phone call I made to the day I left after my checkup, I have had the best experience. I was treated with kindness and respect by a very professional group of people. I first spoke with the surgery coordinator, DeLaynee. She was able to get me an appointment the following week which is basically unheard of. DeLaynee was able to get all of the necessary records and clearances needed and I didn't have to jump through any hoops like a lot of other offices. I met with Dr. Freeman and we discussed my procedure and how it would go. He was very easy to talk with and I felt comfortable asking any questions I had. The nurses and the CRNA were great as well. They took very good care of me throughout this procedure and I could not have been in better hands. I was scheduled to be at the clinic at 7a.m. I was there and a nurse came right out to get me. Immediately everyone got t

I very recently had to undergo a very difficult surgery and Dr. Freeman was my Plastic Surgeon. When he came into the room within a couple minutes I was totally at ease with the treatment options he proposed. Dr. Freeman and his staff were wonderful and caring and straight up with me. No sugar coating, no BS. They made sure that I was comfortable and even rocked out the office with Alexa for me. I received excellent care and after several follow-up visits my head wound had healed and closed, allowing me to go on with my life. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Darrell W. Freeman. He is getting a Christmas card from me this year. :)
