Dr. Darren Baroni, MD

Dr. Baroni is amazing! I just had my procedure done at the Gainesville office and couldn’t be more pleased by the entire experience from the front desk staff at check-in to meeting with Dr. Baroni post-procedure. I was so afraid deep down inside because I’m only in my late 30’s, but weird symptoms and a family history led me there. Not only did Dr. Baroni and additional staff have phenomenal bed side manner, but he also took the time to educate me on everything before I walked out of the office. I hope anyone looking for a good doctor reads this and looks no further. Dr. Baroni has my highest recommendation.

I was in and out so quick. Went to sleep and the next instant I was awake. No pain, no discomfort, no humility, I didn't even curl up in the shower and cry when I got home. So easy. Doc stopped in and said "Looks great - see you in ten years".

If you are very ill and need to see him, he will not be available for weeks and his PA will not be available, also. If you need test results or follow up you will not hear from them. You have a question that requires a office visit you will be sent to the emergency room because they are not available for a quick office visit that might solve the problem. If you need one visit and you are healthy go, but if you are sick and need continuing care do not go here. They do not care to help you because it does not fit their office policies.

Not really much to say since very little interaction with him. His staff is efficient and here everyone as great.

I like that once I was taken back from the waiting room things happened very quickly. I felt everyone was concerned about my comfort and understanding of the procedure. All staff did their best to put me at ease.

Take time to listen to my concerns and explain clearly procedures and conditions.

Very friendly. He looked at my information from my last colonoscopy so he knew what to look for this time. We even joked about restaurants where I should eat post-procedure. Professional and friendly.

I had a colonoscopy in the Gainesville office. It was a positive experience until the end while I was in recovery, they rushed me out of the office so quickly, it was unbelievable.
