Demanded Co-Pay over and above my insurance.
Went through the long new patient set up and arrived for my first appointment. Was told then that I had a co-pay when my insurance covers everything. But wait, not his new co-pays. Seven years never paying a dime in co-pays he suddenly needs one for $50. Where does it stop? I'm 77, I know how the con games are played. Next thing I know he'll be adding more co-pays with no notice or logic. Cancel my appointment - you had plenty of time to tell me about co-pays before I got to your office.

The Greatest Ophthalmologist!!!
Dr Darrick Neibaur has been my eye physician for over 11 years now! He is very professional and thorough with my exams and is very patient and explains things so I understand! Telehealth
Dr Neibaur was the utmost professional throughout my cataract surgery. From the initial visit to my most recent two years after the surgery he has been very professional and I see 20 20 and better at some exams. I did get the highest value laser for my surgery since my weight is important to me and it’s paid dividends.

Everyone I know is a patient of Dr. Neibauer!
I plan on one and a half hours because of their thoroughness. The staff is courteous and professional. I am really happy with Dr. Neibauer and thought I was losing my vision but now I know what the problem is and I can still see!!! We are very thankful that they come to Pahrump!
