I was thoroughly please with Dr. Anandu. He explained everything to me about my Colonoscopy Procedure and I felt totally relaxed and at ease. He took time to answer all of my concerns and was not in a rush as some Doctors make you feel. I felt like I was his friend not just his patient. Thank You for that Dr. Anandu. Please don't retire before my next Colonoscopy in 5 years! #LOL But seriously, Thank you so much! I certainly don't want to forget the Staff at both His Office and the Herman Memorial Endoscopy Center Staff ....absolutely Fantastic Care. He never found what was causing me to feel sick, after I spent thousands of dollars and he send me to a surgeon to remove my gallbladder, worst decision ever. He doesn't even checked my belly, everything was trough expensive tests.

He did endoscopy for me, it was excellent experience.

He is the worst specialist I ever been , he made me waste almost 2000 dollars out of packet on procedures , just to tell me Evrything was ok even though I still feeling sick, he even prescribed the same meds twice and after all this he still sending me bills...DO NOT GO TO HIM , HE DOESNT KNOW WHAT HE S DOING..

I was scheduled for an endoscopy for aug 1st, 2018 and I was told someone from the office will call me to give information regarding the time and where to go for the procedure. No one called me and I tried to call and get a hold of someone for 3 days leading up to my appointment and no one answered. The doc only does this procedure on wed and I took a day off for the procedure and I didn’t even get my procedure done. I had to make an appointment with a diff doc. Clearly they show no patient care

This doc is a poor excuse for a doctor. Unprofessional staff, they never return calls and the doctor does not follow-up where potentially serious illness and danger to my life. L. Taylor

This doctor made an error during xray's holding them for over 3-days before telling me to get to a surgeon that my appendix needs to come out. I rushed to the hospital and by that time it burst causing me a reduction of my colon and other life Extending Problems and medicines I will be on the rest of my life. Doctor tries to bill me for visits while I was in the hospital by another surgeon. This doctor is a scam and does not know his job. He needs to loose his license. Jackie

He set me up for colonosopy procedure I paid everything in cash since my insurance would not cover around 2300$....and the funny part is after 2 months I am starting getting all kind of bills from different centers to pay me their bill..it's been 1 years I am still getting bills pay us this amount pay us this that amount 900$, 300$, 501$...I don't even know what kind of bills are they...I am feeling like center is scamming me. I'll never recommend this center to anybody.

I did not have a good experience with the professionalism of following-up with patient from procedure. To this day I have not gotten a call from them in reference to my procedure. Also, this doctor's office has not responded to at least request for medical record to be faxed to current doctor.
