I am very pleased with the services provided by Dr. Figa and his team! I am taken back on time at each appointment to begin the procedure. I am undressing while the room is being prep for the procedure. Once I am done then, the music starts, which relaxes me then Dr. Figa walks in the door. He discusses what he is doing and always has me in his best interest at that time! This is wonderful considering he is working on your spine! I am very happy with the procedures provided by Dr. Figa and his staff.

The visits were productive, I was weary in the beginning but the treatment has been so helpful to me. I'm so very grateful for that. The staff is very efficient & courteous. Rashida I can t thank enough for being helpful to me in answering questions or concerns I had. Dr.Viva very on point.

The morning of my injection I over hear him bad mouthing the practice he is with, then he comes to see me and is sarcastic and rude. Awful bedside manner
