Dr. MacCarter helped me with chronic CMC joint pain by injecting the joint spaces under ultrasound guidance (to ensure it was in the correct space). He was courteous, kind & explained everything fully to me while doing the procedure. He followed up to check on my comfort & progress. My results have been outstanding and I'd highly recommend his expertise! He is fellowship-trained and highly skilled in ultrasound-guided procedures, which helps reduce the need for more invasive treatments such as surgery. He can currently be found practicing out of the Whitefish Plastic Surgery office (406-862-6808).

Dr. Maccarter listens to your problems, asks penetrating questions, and listed four new conditions that I had been experiencing for 15-58 years without a diagnosis. I would recommend him highly for all patients with persistent pain in their joints, especially arthritis. His use of ultrasound in diagnosis and treatment is amazing.
