My surgery has changed my life! I was born with pectus excavatum. With this deformity, women like me typically have deformed and underdeveloped breasts. I've wanted a surgery since middle school, but could never afford the procedure. I've struggled with my confidence and hid myself behind special bras, oversized shirts, and obsessive workouts to hide the deformity as much as possible. I was looking for a plastic surgeon for a long time to help me with stubborn fat in my neck, chest and belly. I wanted to make sure I found the right Doctor for my cosmetic surgery and he helped me understand why it was important to go to a plastic surgeon. We looked at a ton of before and after pictures in the before surgery. I was super confident with the explanation going into surgery. His staff helped me prepare and he helped inform me on the recovery and work stuff. Dr. Azouz was recommended as a top plastic surgeon in Dallas and I think he is the best. My 11 year old had gynecomastia and it was really hurting his self esteem. I was not going to do the surgery for him until he got older but he really wanted it done. I went to Dr. Azouz for liposuction to remove my double chin, which I have been self-conscious about most of my adult life. I am beyond pleased with the results and incredibly grateful for his, and his staff's, professionalism and care. If I ever have another cosmetic procedure, this is definitely where I'd go.

A facelift procedure is extremely complicated surgery and Dr. David Azouz and son Solomon are absolutely experts. The team sets high standards of excellence and the results are proof of their skills. Yes its expensive but I felt that Dr. Azouz gets great satisfaction in turning back the years for folks like me, (73). You will be happy if you choose this team for your surgery needs.

After being overweight for most of my life, the toll it had taken on my body was very evident. Even after I lost 130 lbs, I was left with persistent gynecomastia, a saggy stomach, and hernia. Drs. David and Sol Azouz we’re awesome and they helped me take that final step to achieve my goals. I had gynecomastia surgery in September 2021 and had abdominoplasty and hernia repair in December 2021. Throughout it all they provided awesome care. They called many times to check on me, scheduled frequent follow ups. and on the couple of occasions where I sent an email they called almost immediately- at no time during the process was I ever left to worry about anything. The fact that there were two doctors allowed them to be available, collaborate on the best results, and shorten my surgery time. They were both always straightforward, caring, and in-synch. And talk about results! I can wear clothes that I could never wear, my weight loss finally shows, and I am more confident.

I have been living with Gynecomastia since I was a teenager. The Dr. and staff answered all my questions swiftly and with great detail. The surgery was not rushed and recovery time very quick. I had a gynecomastia surgery back in July of 2021. I consulted with a few surgeons 6 months prior before deciding to go through with the procedure. I could not be happier with the results. Dr Azouz suggested a less invasive surgery then the other options I considered and each month as my body healed, my chest looked better and better. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Azouz was recommended to me by someone who knew his work. I’m very thankful for that. I have had gynecomastia since my teen years, and have always been embarrassed by it. I’m in my 60’s, so I wondered if I could still be a candidate for breast reduction. Dr. Azouz assured me that I was. He answered all my questions prior to surgery. After surgery, once I got home, I needed to take one pain pill. That’s it. I’ve taken Acetaminophen a couple of times for very minor pain since. I just got back from my follow up with Dr. Azouz and he revealed the results. They were dramatic! I cannot recommend him more highly.

I highly recommend Dr. David Azouz and Dr. Soloman Azouz to anyone suffering with lipedema. I knew for many years that something was wrong with how large my legs were, but I did not know what was wrong. I did my own research and when I suspected I had lipedema, I visited Dr. Azouz and he confirmed that I did have it. I was very nervous to discuss the surgery, but went prepared with a list of 15 questions. The doctors took their time to answer everything in detail and reassured me of any worries I may have had. Dr. Azouz removed 10.5 liters of fat from my legs. As of today (5 weeks later), I am down 19 pounds. Both doctors are very personable, informative, professional and attentive. They both called me every day for the first week to check on me. If I had a concern, I called the phone number given and would receive a call almost immediately after. I felt very safe and very well taken care of. This surgery is a big surgery and Dr. Azouz prepared me for what to expect after.

From the minute we sat down to speak with Dr. Azouz, we were confident we were led to the right doctor. He performed liposuction on my daughter's legs to treat her lipedema.
