Dismissive and misdiagnosed
I saw Dr. Ball as a referral after sudden vision issues in one of my eyes. Dr. Ball was extremely dismissive and told me I had a migraine and my eye 'needed to calm down'. After he told me my retina and eye looked fine I ended up getting a CT, MRI, multiple rounds of blood draws, and a lot of other tests because they couldn't figure out what was happening with my vision. By happenstance I had a regular appt with my eye doctor who found my retina was inflamed and I am now seeing a retina specialist for treatment. If Dr. Ball would've caught this instead of dismissing my issues I could have saved myself from a lot of unnecessary tests, bills, and stress.

Recall how horrible he was many years ago
I woke up today thinking about. Terrible visit I’d had with Dr Ball over 7 years ago and felt compelled to document. His tact and grace is null. I have never felt so shamed and treated like a failure as he made me feel. I cannot believe he is allowed to be alone in rooms with young women.

I haven’t seen Dr Ball in several years since he did my eyelid surgery. However every day when I look in the mirror and see how he disfigured me with his poor skill in doing a surgery in hindsight I now know he should not be doing I think of him and wonder how many others he has done this to? I am sure he is a adequate eye doctor but he should leave it at that. Only a plastic surgeon should be doing eyelids.

Not a good experience at all. I was scheduled for the last surgery of the day for my eyelids. First I went fine, by the time we got to the second eye whatever the shot I was given for pain had worn off. I told him so he gave me another shot and just kept going without giving it time to work. I could feel every decision he made and he had to know it I told him and I was so tense that my blood pressure was almost 200 by the time I got into recovery. A lot of pain because he was in a hurry

WATCH HOW OFTEN YOU SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT! IF YOU DO NOT SEE THE DOCTOR AT LEAST EVERY THREE YEARS YOU WILL BE CHARGED A NEW PATIENT FEE OF 294.00$. While I think Dr. Ball is a fine doctor this practice will cause me to find a new Dr.
