Great block, awesome doc
I had a partial knee replacement in 2022 when Dr. Baxendale did my block. Came in March 2025 for my other knee replacement. Same beautiful block and nice technique! Also, Dr. Baxendale explained everything wonderfully and even told about the scientific studies behind the technique. Plus he was so friendly and encouraging - took all the preop jitters away! Great job, I definitely recommend Seaside Surgical Center because if Dr. Baxendale and the team.

Part of an excellent team
I had rotator cuff surgery at Seaside Surgery Center and Dr. Baxendale did a fantastic job making it a comfortable and pain free experience. The whole team at Seaside was professional and caring. If I need any surgery in the future I know I would be in good hands here.

Fabulous
I recently had surgery at Seaside. Dr. Baxendale was my anesthesiologist. He was so caring and comforting. I had zero issues. What sticks with me though is how important it seemed to him that I was not nervous and understood what would be happening. His bedside manner was an A+.
