Extraordinary Caring Doctor
The wait was a bit much to get to see him. But I must admit it was well the worth. Listens, takes his time and finds solutions. Hard to find a physician with these qualities and “bedside manner” highly recommend!!

Great MD. Staff is horrible
Dr. Benderson is a good Doctor, but his staff is the WORST. I tried to reschedule an appointment, the next available appointment was 7 months in the future! When I told the receptionist I can't wait that long and I may need to find another MD, she said FINE!

Dr Benderson is a very nice doctor, but he is always rushing. Due to all the rushing when he did my cataract surgery he made a serious mistake that I now have to live with. Every day I wake up and try not to think about it. The 1st year I would wake up and cry. He never apologized to me. He never reported his error.

Doctor Benderson's office is at best chaotic. During the two appointments that I had, there were often more office workers than patients. During the first appointment, I waited for 75 minutes to be seen for the treatment of a stye. For some reason, I was subjected to an eye exam, even though my appointment had nothing to do with my vision. In my follow up appointment, after an initial wait of 30 minutes, I was finally ushered into the 2nd waiting room area and told that I would need another exam

I had a something get into my eye, causing an infection. Dr. Benderson was a life saver. He got me in right away and did a thorough evaluation - he was patient and reassuring. After his treatment, I was literally better by the next day. He and his staff exuded such professionalism and competence. It was an amazing experience. I would recommend Dr. Benderson to anyone who is looking for a top notch, caring Ophthalmologist. I've never been to a better doc than him. He's awesome!

Dr. Benderson performed my LASIK surgery several years ago. I was highly nearsighted with astigmatism. My vision has been 20/15 in both eyes ever since. He is an outstanding ophthalmologist and surgeon and has a great bedside manner.

I an a new patient of Dr. Benderson and go for my routine eye exams and contact lenses. Dr benderson is very nice and helpful. however, his staff is absolutely rude and unqualified. I had some questions regarding my statement and the lady at the front desk proceeded to tell me that she is freaking blind to my balance while not letting me explain myself or even give me guidance to who i can have help me. I have already went to a different dr. dont need to be treated like that!
