Dr. David Bobman, MD

My husband started seeing Dr. Bobman due to abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting that lasts a week or more each episode. He can’t move with it. Dr. Bobman did both an endoscopy and colonoscopy. I was in the waiting room and getting frightened as had heard nothing wayyyyy past the time it should have been over. He did not come out until over an hour after it was done to say my husband was out and doing OK. He then got angry that I was upset. All I needed was anyone to tell me it was over and he was OK!!!! He then diagnosed my husband with diverticulitis and Barrett’s Esophagus. Didn’t really give any solutions. After months of these episodes going on my husband went back. Dr. Bobman did more tests and said he didn’t have B.E. Also asked why he didn’t get bloodwork, it was in the record! After another test he said he does have BE and also has dysplasia! Said he needs a procedure soon. Just got sent the results and it specifically states he DOES NOT have dysplasia. OMG!!!!!!

The people in their office are seriously incompetent. Impossible to get straight answers about insurance or scheduling and wasted so much time on hold (nearly an hour every time I called). When requested the order to go to a different practice to get the procedure done, they refused to give us one. Now we are starting over. Don't waste your time. This place is run like a factory.

I have previously been to WCGI and was not happy with either provider or the practice itself. I saw another GI practice who saw me as only a biopsy result and nothing more. I needed a second opinion and planned on going to Jeff/Penn but was met with appointment date beginning in October and beyond. I saw Dr. Bobman and honestly was reluctant due to reading some not so great reviews. I can happily say, those negative reviews were nothing like my visit. In short, the man knows his stuff. He was familiar with my case prior to even walking in the door, he asked me from start to finish what was going on and past relevant history. His exam was done from head to toe. I left this office confident that he will get to the bottom of what is going on whether or not this is in fact IBD or not. After I went to LabCorp directly after with his scripts, they were even impressed with how thourogh he was as they had to pull out a binder to find information on his orders.

I've been a patient of Dr Bobman's for years. He's listened to my concerns and allayed my fears. He points out anything found in any test and explains it so you understand. He is a very good doctor.

Absolutely horrible treatment. Dr Bobman was disrespectful and did not even pretend to care about my symptoms. Was told I needed an endoscopy but the “scheduler” was unable to give me an appointment. Still waiting for them “to get back to me.” Who treats people like this? Find another doctor.

A great doctor. Listened to my concerns and respected my opinions as to treatment. Personally called me with informtion.

I've been to Dr Bobman multiple times. Very pleasant staff. Excellent care. If needed I wouldn't hesitate to go to him.

Dr Bobman was caring I was very sick with stomach issues for years went to see him got my gallbladder taken out and have been feeling good thank god for dr Bobman

Doctor (and i use that term loosely) Bobman did NOTHING for my mother and just let her treatment go by the wayside. The office staff NEVER knew we had appointments scheduled and then when we would have an appointment scheduled they cancelled on us. Dont ever go here if you want quality, educated care.
