Incompetent office
I have no reason to believe Dr. Brown. Stuart is not a good neurologist. But his office operations allow no opportunity to find out. My wife, experiencing early stages of dementia, was advised by our physician, Dr. Harrison Mitchell, to see a neurologist as soon as possible. He made an appointment with Dr. Bronster, and received a referral for an appointment at 1:30 PM July 31, 2023. We traveled to his office at that date and time, only to be informed that the appointment was now scheduled for November 30, 2023. They confirmed that July 31 date, even showing us that they had a copy of it, but offered no explanation, and had made no effort to communicate this to us or our doctor. This is irresponsible, disrespectful, and thoroughly unacceptable. We are now obliged to seek another neurologist, rather than wait, three months, and perhaps be told then that we have to wait another three months. I hope Dr. Bronster can either better train his staff or employ more competent people.
