My doctors tried to find me a specialist to review my case (tilt-table test revealed ANS dysfunction), so they sent me to Dr. Burtis. He spent a lot of time with me, but ultimately was quite dismissive. He said that it was likely emotional. Additionally, he made it a point to tell me that he isn't an autonomic specialist, and that he typically spends his time seeing patients in the hospital, not the office. My doctors, who know me and have seen me for years, were quite irritated by his report.

  • Difficult to schedule appointment

  • Staff wasn't friendly
