My husband and I have been blessed to have him as our primary care physician for 16 years! My husband has MS, and his knowledge of my husband’s challenges rivals his excellent neurologist. He is personable, caring, and we trust him with our lives! He is outstanding at prioritizing the issues that need attention…truly a gifted physician!

Dr. Castellone double (and I've heard triple) books appointments so we waited almost two hours to be seen for less than ten minutes. As he breezed out of the exam room I had questions about a prognosis which he seemed to take as criticizing his knowledge. He hasn't been civil to me since. Looking for another primary care giver for my 90 year old mother.

While he is always very busy, he always listens to my concerns and makes me feel comfortable. He was knowledgeable of my very rare medical condition which was a nice change from the doctors who had never even heard of it.

I have seen Dr Castellone for almost 30 years. There was a time when I trusted him completely with my life. Over the past 5 yrs or so, he has significantly declined in patient care. He has his hand in too many pots, and I along with many, many of his long time patients have become increasingly disappointed in him and are losing confidence in him as a doctor. He has missed serious lab results that other doctors reviewing my records from him have been very concerned about. His attention to patients has significantly diminished. You wait an hour past your appt time for him to spend 3 mins with you. He can't keep any other MD's employed in his office. They all leave, including his son, after short periods of time. Today, was the pinnacle of my disappointment in him when he flat out lied to my face and denied an entire conversation we had just last week. Unfortunately, I'm stuck there for a few more months, as that is the waiting period for a new patient appt with other primary care

I have recently moved to the area and began seeing Dr. Castellone. He is incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I received one of the most thorough physicals I've had in years. Everyone in his office is professional and they strive to make you feel comfortable during your visit. I feel very fortunate to have been recommended to him!

Dr Castellone always makes sure it sit still and listen. He asks good questions. He even explains why I need a prescription that I hate taking.

He is an outstanding Physician. He listens to patients and carefully makes a decision. He is very thorough in solving a problem and will reverse judgement if it is in the patient's best interest. I was there when his judgement was better than a Specialist who was anxious to do surgery.

Dr. Castellone has been my primary care physician for over twenty years. In my opinion, there is no better doctor practicing medicine. The is compassionate, astute, and truly cares about the patient’s wellbeing. Most highly recommended!

I have been a patient for over 10 years. Dr. Castellone also treated my husband for two years before he died. I have complete confidence in him and he listens!

The staff members are unprofessional and very disrespectful and rude. If your needed the assistance of trying to handle a bill before making a appointment. There are not help!!! I didn’t get the two nurses name I spoke with over the phone. But they were rude, unprofessional, and mean. David Castellano is a wonderful doctor, but the front office staff are disrespectful and no help

Dr. Castellone cares about his patients and has an awesome bedside manner. He truly listens to his patients.

Dr. David L. Castellone is an excellent physician! ! He has been our family physician for 29 years! He is treating 5 generations. Has saved my life 4 times! Explains conditions in plain English not medical terms where you can understand. I recommend him to anyone who needs a fantastic down to earth, caring physician!
