Everyone was very friendly. Wait time at office was short. Dr. Choi explained my situation and I was very confident in him.

Dr. David Choi was my doctor i 2024 at Altais medical group. I followed Dr. Choi here - as did the majority of his patients from Altais! THAT is how outstanding of an eye doctor he is! Just trust him. Listen. Likely you'll be happy with your final outcome!

Dr Choi did a very effective and efficient eye exam, explaining everything clearly. I would definitely see him again and can recommend him.

Staff was nice,. I was there about 2 hours total and only saw the doctor for about 10 min.

Dr Chol was very professional. Not very outgoing but nice. The building needed more signage. I didn’t know where to go and when inside, I didn’t know if I was in the correct place. Even the staff could have been more animated. Yes and no are not always enough. I know they were busy but smiles go a long way. When I left I saw Dr Choi in an office talking and laughing with a colleague. That is not what I expected when he met with me but, more animation when meeting with a patient is helpful.

Drove really far to make appointment. When I arrived receptionists were nice but staff dealing patients were rude to patients. The tirade made me uncomfortable. Dr asked questions then didn't pay attention to responses and was unwilling to entertain anything but his own views on matter. The minute of time( not exaggerating ) I got from the Dr was rushed and didn't feel thorough and given him trying to walk out the door as I was speaking I didn't feel my concerns mattered much. I won't be back and wouldn't recommend. Save your money go to another place.feels like they're just rushing to check off as many patients as possible regardless of quality healthcare to patient.

Very efficient office staff with appointments moving as scheduled. I felt welcome and had a very thorough examination. Looking forward to my next checkup.
