Like everyone else, this place is a RIP OFF. I paid in full a $1600 bill, only to discover I wasn’t supposed to pay a dime per my insurance. Myself and my insurance company have been calling for my refund check since last October. Constantly brushed off, “it’s coming in two weeks” “it’s coming in 30days” “it’s still in processing” “the manager has been on leave” “in 30 days”......excuse after excuse. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF HERE, PERIOD. Clearly the billing dept is getting coaching to push these things off, no one respectable business person would want people feeling ripped off. (When there are many others dealing with the same issues on other reveiw forums.) I’m now having to go through my bank to reverse these charges because it’s more than obvious they won’t send money that is being embezzled at this point.
