Doctor is good but the front desk of jamaica 175th office is horrible. The old lady who gives the appointments is very very unprofessional and rude.For her Doctor will loss more patients like me.Please Doctor take a look on the front desk.

Office is open on the weekends and friendly friendly and helpful staff. The Doctor answered all my questions and even called me to follow up after procedure.

I specifically asked to see Dr Cohen for my acne/rash because every time I visit the office I was given the PA who does not take the time to listen and I felt rushed. I spend less than 1 minute in the office on the 1st visit. The 2nd visit, I was again given another PA, so I ask to see the doctor because the cream the PA prescribed made my acne worse. The doctor spoke to me for less than one minute and scrape my face with a metal object which burn and said that I have acne, and he left the room.

the front desk staff is soooo rude, they always have you on hold. well today i tried to make an appointment and they flat out hung up on me before even saying hello! as for the dr himself he is very curt, stiff, and in a rush i feel as if i cant get all my questions through.

the PA's are amazing and have patience with you but to call and make an appointment is the complete worse. I called 10 times and each time I was on hold for about 7-8 minutes each and no one had gotten back to me . to work front desk, you should be professional and well mannered but they are horrible, rude, and disrespectful . there is one girl in particular Narissa , her attitude is the worse and has no patience with the patients . I am highly upset and looking for a new dermatologist office !
