The service provided by Silver Cross Hospital was incredibly disappointing. Despite waiting for 8 hours in the emergency room, Dr. Collins's behavior towards me was unprofessional. After making a light-hearted remark about the wait time, he raised his voice and accused me of disrespect. This continued even in front of my son and persisted as he walked through the emergency room. It's disheartening to find numerous negative reviews about him online despite his supposed 20 years of experience. It's a shame that some doctors exhibit such rudeness and arrogance instead of providing compassionate care.

Rude and condescending with staff. Abrupt and compassionless with patient. My mother is elderly and he was in a big hurry to go somewhere-perhaps lunch. Makes a good hospital as Christ less desirable and reflects poorly on Christ hospital that they keep him. See other similar negative reviews

Very rude Dr. with no compassion for patients. Never came across a Dr. so ignorant and insensitive he’s definitely in the wrong field. Would never recommend him to others.
