Patients are Paper
Didn't feel like he listened to me at all and instead I was just my blood pressure, weight, etc. At the end, he said "I don't know, maybe go see a doctor about it" Talking to a friend who studied nursing for a year was more helpful.

Staff is masterfully unhelpful. I had a medical situation with changing circumstances over time. They did not understand how situations can change, new information can be gathered, and that it would require re-evaluation of previous management and possibly a change in management. They instead, despite changing medical circumstances, refused to re-evaluate the situation stating that it was already taken care of. Completely intellectually dishonest, horrible medical management, and just plain terrible reasoning.

Horrible.... I have been an RN for over 30 years and have never had such a miserable visit. He did not look at me while conducting the interview... just stared at the computer. Then when I told him I was an RN he wanted to know my degree. He also asked my marital status. I have no idea what these questions have to do with my health. Then he wanted to refer me to 3 different specialists for conditions that I have been medically managed by for years by specialists I saw by my previous HMO. I had to change HMO's due to a job change and I'm very disappointed so far.

Poor bedside manner. There was no explanation during the exam or communication regarding lab tests following the visit. There was no concept of building a patient-provider relationship.
