My best doctor!
Dr. Di Cesar has been caring for me for about 10 years. He is wonderful! Unfortunately, his type is rare these days. I wish all my doctors were even just half as good as he is!

Caring & Knowledgeable!
I've been going to Dr. Dicesar for around 15 years for Type 1 Diabetes. His knowledge of this chronic illness and the technology that is helping us stay healthy while still living as typical life as possible is what has made me keep going back! He never makes me feel guilty or irresponsible, pick up and carry on. Well, it's paid off! My A1c went from 9.8 to 6.3! Thank you as well to Tandem & Dexcom!

Dr. DiCesar took great care of my mother who is 91 when she fractured her spine; he got her in and send for cementing right away. She was in constant pain, but after the procedure, she no longer needed pain killers. We are so grateful for him!

I have moved to California from Syracuse and have not been able to find such a great doctor, so I continue to follow with him! Believe me, there's no other endocrinologist like him in this country! I am forever grateful!

He is a horrible Doctor. He put me on Medicine as a "test" and didn't tell me about what could happen. I ended up in ICU for 4 days and almost died. I turned him in to NYS and the hospital Crouse would not cover my bill I received even after my insurance covered it. RUN from him before he does to you what he did to me.

I have been seeing Dr. DiCesar for many years. He is always professional, courteous, a great listener, up to date on all of the latest research and medications. I have found him to be the most responsive and responsible physician I have ever been treated by. He has managed my diabetes very well. I have also found his nurse Cynthia to be excellent in dealing with the insurance companies. If she doesn't resolve the issue with the first call, she doesn't give up.
