Caring and thorough doctor
Dr. Domenichini knows me without having to completely read a chart and cares about my well being. More than any other physician I see, he takes the time to talk, explain, and will order whatever tests are needed. Wait times may be longer than usual, but he spends time with his patients.

Amazing Healthcare Professional
My husband and I have been patients of Dr Domenichini for over 15yrs. Dr. D has been able to manage my husband’s pre diabetes with medication, diet , exercise routine for years to keep him from becoming insulin dependent. He’s so kind and understanding. His wife and nurse Lisa has to be one of the brightest women I have met. What a lovely team and outstanding healthcare duo.

Worst doctor I’ve ever spoken to. He is on call for my doctor. I believe I have bronchitis and had planned to go to a walk in if I felt any worse today (Saturday). Unfortunately because of covid I was unable to get an appointment. I called to see if I could get an antibiotic. He was very rude and asked me why I waited until today to call-well, simply put - I didn’t feel this awful yesterday. Anyhow, I know who I WON’T see when my doctor retires. And just for the record, I have my physical and bloodwork once a year and rarely see a doctor beyond that.

My family member waited a month for an appointment and wasn’t seen by the specialist. Instead they were seen by a very unprofessional nurse practitioner. She was harsh, judgmental, didn’t listen at all to the symptoms plaguing the patient was completely unhelpful and seemingly unconcerned.

My mother was referred to this provider; however, an appointment was never made & she ended up being referred to another physician because the office staff is completely incompetent and can't complete a simple task such as retrieving a fax and following up with a prospective patient to schedule an appointment. When calling to follow-up and determine if they received the referral, the office staff was utterly rude and treated me with a complete lack of respect. It shouldn't take well over a month to process a referral and get back to the patient to schedule an appointment. After several attempts to contact the office to determine status, and being spoken to in a patronizing or condescending way, I gave up and ended up getting a referral to another doctor who's office staff was much friendlier and easier to work with. It doesn't matter how good this doctor may be - it's difficult to overlook office staff that shows lack of empathy and choose another practice.

I have been going to Dr. Domenichini for two years with a hyperactive thyroid. I had a biopsy on 4 nodules which turned out as non-cancerous. I go for appointments every 6 months for follow-up on my bloodwork in case I need an adjustment to my medication and/or to review any notable changes. He is part of my personal team of doctors (cardiologist, primary care, etc.). Dr. D is kind, compassionate, a good listener and instructor. I would gladly recommend him to anyone needing his expertise.

Early October my PCP sent me for an ultrasound of my thyroid and when the results came in she referred me to Dr. Domenichini's office for a biopsy. She faxed the ultrasound result to Dr. Domenichini. I followed up with a phone call to request an appointment, but was told to wait for a phone call. I never received that phone call. This is the end of October. I now have an appointment with another physician since my PCP felt I had waited too long. I can't recommend this office.

If you call Dr. D with an emergency or any other health concern, don't expect a call back. This is the second time I called him with either a suspicious lynph node or heart palpitations and he couldn't be bothered returning my call. I go to him because I have thyroid cancer. He's either too busy or just can't be bothered returning patients phone calls. If you want excellent patient service, I'd consider finding another doctor.
