Dr. David Donaldson, MD

High. He was personable and well informed. A chronic problem I had was immediately diagnosed. There were two options for dealing with my problem, and he elected the least invasive one for starters, which I appreciated.

I had an appointment with Dr. Donaldson as a new patient today. His office staff was very professional and kind. His nurse was very kind as well. The wait time was very speedy. I really like Dr Donaldson very kind and professional. Very knowledgeable I would recommend him to anyone who needs a ear nose and throat.

I do not like the way the receptionists talk to you when you are in the office. They make you feel like you are a huge inconvenience. I was referred to ISU dizziness and balance department. After waiting for them to call for a month like the Dr told me they would do I called the office back and they accused me of not showing up to the appt. I never received a call and certainly did not make an appt. They made me feel horrible. I do not want to go back and would never refer anyone to them.

Dr. Donaldson was very kind and good to our daughter. However the women at the front deak were incredibly rude. We came in for our check up appointment and they blatently ignored me at the window, after standing there patiently I heard one say very snobbishly "we're not seeing her unless she has an appointment". This is incredibly innapropriate and unprofessional.

Information was not sent to primary care doctor during treatment per request at appointments. PA requested a MRI but front desk never scheduled even after calling to remind them twice.

Dr. Donaldson has treated my two kids, going onto treat my third. He is also treated my stepdad and my mom! There is nobody else I would trust with my family with ear, nose and throats needs! As far as I am certain he is the best at what he does! He is taking excellent care of my family and he will continue to be our provider for as long as weed!

After thoroughly explaining that my lump could be cancerous or may be nothing, I was sent to the hospital for a further test. The doctor or his office never called to report the findings of the test and no resolution to my condition was suggested. I'm headed to a second opinion...I think I got lost in the shuffle.
