Nope!
Dr. Dowling was rude, arrogant and not at all representative of the care I have received from a number of physicians at OrthoSouth. His advice regarding my problem gave me little confidence that he was at all concerned about my problem.

Excellent physician
Dr. Dowling is always kind and compassionate. He explains things thoroughly. OrthoSouth is a top-notch orthopedic clinic. The staff is excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Dowling as well as the physicians at OrthoSouth.

Great job!!
Very kind and compassionate office. I love orthosouth! They have always taken wonderful care of me and my family. Dr Dowling was very professional and personable. He explained the treatment plan in great details. Nursing staff was fantastic as well. Wait time was minimal.

My experience with Dr. Dowling was very helpful. He took time to explain the pain I was feeling, and gave honest suggestions. He helped me understand the before and after of the choices I had to heal properly. He and his assistant worked diligently throughout my healing process.

My visit with Dr Dowling was a wasted trip, I’ve never met with a physician who obviously was totally disinterested & uncaring. He blew me off in about 10 minutes, I guess when he determined that I was not a candidate for surgery. I read where he dealt with problems of “muscles, tendons, ligaments”. WRONG. He only prescribed a short term fix, no ideas or suggestions for an ongoing problem that causes excruciating pain. Didn’t listen, didn’t care. Am sure his bill will be enormous and he certainly didn’t earn even $10.00. I’ll never be back- guess he’s glad of that..

I had a great experience. The staff is very polite and the nurses have nice bedside manner. Dr. Dowling’s assistant Hannah goes beyond to help and she’s very knowledgeable of her job. She really cares for the patients and she will sit and listen. This is a very important part . ????. Thank you!!

Dr. Dowling specializes in non-operative interventional treatment (i.e. nerve blocks) of orthopaedic spine disorders (i.e. disc herniations, arthritis), and electrodiagnostic medicine of orthopaedic conditions (ie carpal tunnel syndrome). He also focuses on work comp treatment.
