BEWARE.. do not recommend!!!
Arrogant, self centered, egotistical, narcissist. Treated me like I was beneath him. Does not answer questions, rolls eye, does not explain finding in layman's terms. Assumes you are not following medical recommendations. Would give zero stars if able.

Save your life, time, and money.
Does he even listen? Every visit is about him and his accomplishments. Wth?! I had to interrupt his speech about his accomplishments to tell him about my problem. Never ever in my life had such a weird interaction with a “physician”.

Outstanding, thorough, caring physician
Dr. Duncan has been my doctor for years. He’s extremely thorough, caring, has high standards and clearly is interested in my long-term well-being. Unlike other doctors I used before, he asks probing questions that have unquestionably extended my life. Thanks to his inquisitiveness, knowledge and experience, he has diagnosed and remedied a broad variety of maladies, and most importantly, helps me stay on track to best manage them. I am very fortunate to have him as my physician.

Worse doctor I have ever encountered. Horrible bedside manner. Rude. Does not listen. Orders unnecessary tests. I would strongly recommend staying far away from this doctor unless you enjoy wasting your time.

I went to doctor Duncan with what I thought was an eye infection. He told me that it was not an infection and that I was hit and it was a a contusion and accused my husband of hitting me. Appalled at and disgusted at the accusation because I knew it wasn't true, I went to an optimologist who told me that I in fact had shingles in my eyes and I could have gone blind. Doctor Duncan has no clue what he is doing and should not be practicing medicine. Because of him I could have lost my eyesight!

I have used the services of Doctor Duncan for more than 25 years and have always found him to be courteous, friendly, professional and effective. His office is spotlessly clean and his staff is also courteous and professional.

Worst experience with a doctor I’ve ever had. Plus he “decided” I needed a new blood test three times in a row-instead of just ordering one full test- now I’m stuck w/3 lab bills. Seriously stay away

Dr. Duncan has been my doctor for more than 15 years and I always go to him with questions and concerns to have him listen patiently and always have my needs as a priority when he makes recommendations - he always puts the patient first! He took care of my mother after her diagnosis of lung cancer and always took the time to answer every single question she had - and there were many! His patience and caring are what make him such a great physician, I recommend him highly as a family physician.

Would give 0 stars. Talked more then listened. Wasn't interested in any of my complex health issues.Diagnosed me with what he wanted to. A typical catch all disease with chronic symptoms which he did nothing to help eleviate the pains and fatigue. Actually cut me short when telling him my symptoms. Tild me to come along have things to do while standing in the open door. Won't ever go back there and strongly suggest you don't either !

Dr. Duncan's other scores are probably only because of his quirks: his unique personality and staff interactions. Neither deserves a low score IMO. Dr. Duncan looks/acts like the Professor in Back to the Future. :) Lke the prof he *seems* like he isn't listening, but he hears you, and his judgements have been impeccable. Some staff *sound* like they can't drag themselves out of bed, but they have never been rude, and I found them competent--at least one nurse is ultra-competent. Recommended.
