Let Down by Doctor
I saw Dr. Fantelli for chest pains and issues with anxiety and depression. After explaining how I was feeling, with the most condescending tone he told me I needed to find a hobby and suggested I start journaling. I was having panic attacks and suicidal thoughts. This was not the help I was seeking by seeing my doctor. I had to see another doctor who helped me understand how I could move forward. So much time and money wasted to be belittled and ignored. His lack of compassion and understanding of his patient's issues is going to hurt someone. This provider is not working to help patients. I would not recommend seeing him.

Dr. Fantelli has taken care of my husband and me for more than a decade. He was the first doctor to help me actually control my diabetes and has walked both my husband and me through very difficult surgeries. If you’re looking for a caring doctor, Dr Fantelli is the one!

I was 5 minutes late for a appointment due to his secretary scheduling my to a office further away . I drove 40 minutes just to get there . When I arrived I was scolded by a very rude lady at the desk . I would never recommend this doctor . I feel this also has to due with me losing my insurance thanks to Obama care . I was more than willing to pay cash for the visit . I feel it was just s way to get rid of me . Dr Fantelli should be ashamed of his practice and maybe himself.

Got kicked out of his practice for being 10 minutes late for an appointment! I was never late to an appointment prior to this which was verified by his office manager.

Dr. Fantelli was always helpful and spent adequate time when I saw him. Follow up care, however, could not have been worse. Getting insurance approvals completed and submitted correctly was impossible. Return phone calls when I experienced these insurance difficulties were non existent. If you want to feel like a number or that you don't matter once you leave the office, Dr. Fantelli and the Unity Health Network might be right for you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fantelli for approximately 12 years. Initially, I was very happy with him, but I now find that I can no longer continue our doctor-patient relationship. The last straw was when he refused to see me because I was 7 minutes late for my appointment, while knowing that I had my 91-year-old Alzheimer-patient mother with me. I feel that Dr. Fantelli no longer has his patient's best interest as his primary concern and I am therefore looking for a new physician.
