I have been a patient of Dr. Fields for more years than I care to disclose. He saw me through two high risk, advanced maternal age pregnancies, the second for twins. My husband and I can never thank him enough for delivering our three girls in perfect health with no complications.So that's how good a doctor he is...He is also smarter than anyone else, funnier and kinder. I have brought my eldest daughter to be his patient. and she adores him as well. There is no better, and no other, I would trust with a high risk pregnancy.

Dr. Fields is one of the best doctors I've ever seen in my life. He is not only extremely smart, diligent, and meticulous, but he's also patient, calls you personally, shows you a lot of care and kindness. I would recommend Dr. Fields to anyone looking for a great OBGYN especially when it comes to getting pregnant!

Dr Fields is not just a OBGYN, he is GP de facto and is always looking at you holistically. He is thorough and never in a hurry, and will answer any questions you have and give you all information you need. Your problem becomes his problem. At an age and in a city where you go to doctors who hardly spend more than 20 seconds with you, Dr Fields is a gem!

He is not just my gynecologist but my internist as well and I happily leave my overall health in his hands. Moreover, he is passionate about his work and truly cares - I think in his case medicine is not just a science but an art, not to mention a calling. There was a time when I first started going to him when I went to a doctor with a fever and this doctor decided I had leukemia, without even one test, I called Dr. Fields and he told me right away it was likely mono (he was right) and rushed my results to put me and my family at ease. He has seen me through one ectopic pregnancy (performing difficult surgery that saved not only my life but the affected tube) and two complicated subsequent pregnancies, and is now helping me navigate through the difficult and confusing stages of menopause. I have been a patient of Dr. Fields for more than 40 years! I moved out of state five years ago, and I still see him twice a year, driving more than three hours back into the city! He delivered my children and helped me manage menopause (and promised me that he won’t retire anytime soon!)
