Dr. David Fieleke, MD

Dr Fieleke misdiagnosed my wife's skin condition for 1.5 years. She changed dermatologist and received an immediate correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment. He was also very rude and condescending to her. I would suggest if you value your time, money and health, there are much better alternatives.

Dr. Fieleke and his staff are the best! He is professional, kind, courteous, happy, smiles a lot, and listens to what you have to say without rushing you. He healed my mother’s leg that was infected, when no other physicians could figure out what was wrong. All of the staff I encountered went out of their way to help with whatever was needed. They were also kind and courteous. You can tell that all of the staff truly love their job and working there. I am very happy that Dr. Fieleke is my dermatologist!

We saw Dr. Fieleke in a tele-health appointment during Covid-19 four our daughters skin infections. He listened to our (lengthy) backstory, asked insightful questions regarding her history, and gave us several tips and tricks to help here at home along with a prescription to immediately treat the areas. We have seen several doctors over the last 2 years to address this but nothing has ever made any meaningful or lasting improvement. We were honestly afraid of her MRSA returning & that there would be permanent scarring. Between the meds & his advice, I am more than happy to say her legs are finally healing. We are so thankful & will always recommend him to anyone in the KC area who needs a dermatologist.

My husband and I went in for our first annual skin checkup. Called about a month ahead to set up our appointment. Let the receptionist know if you have an urgent concern, to get an earlier appointment. Staff is very friendly. Waiting room is small because you will not be waiting long. Dr Fieleke and his nurse had us both in the same room for our full body checks. I had a chest lesion that was sent for biopsy, my husband had a large mole on the side of his face frozen and taken off and a wart on his finger. The nurse gave us and instruction sheet and went over the skin care we needed. We walked in, registered, was examined, had the procedures, and was out the door in less than an hour. Friendly, thorough, and efficient. Thank you for the nice experience.

Dr. Fieleke is just what you expect in a great doctor, and so much more. As a surgeon it would extremely difficult to find a doctor as gifted as he is. I can not say enough great things about Dr. Fieleke!

I am so glad I met him at the Lee's Summit Days. He is taking care of some pre cancerous issues on my face. He is caring, listens and explains different options. I would recommend him in a heartbeat

I was referred to Dr. Fieleke by my doctor. When I arrived at the Cornerstone office I was greeted by a friendly staff. State of the art facility and up to date technology for in processing into their system and evaluating me. Wait time was perfect. Dr. Fieleke greeted me with a smile and made me feel really comfortable throughout my exam. I give him a 5***** rating along with the staff and the facility. Definitely would recommend him to my family, friends and co-workers.

From the time I called to make an appointment to seeing Dr. Fieleke, I just knew I had selected the right Dermatology practice. Dr. Fieleke's staff could not be nicer. They are professional and caring. Dr. Fieleke really cares about you as a person..not just a patient. Dr. Fieleke answered all of my questions, did a very thorough exam and explained everything he thought should be done. This is my new Dermatology practice! I would not want to go anywhere else!

Dr. Fieleke has a way of putting a nervous patient (me!) at ease. He is an excellent doctor too.

Dr Fieleke is top notch! He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and explained things throughly. I've never felt rushed during appointments nor have I had to wait long. His bedside manner is superb and comforting. Appointments are available relatively quickly. Will refer to friends and family. You can't go wrong here!

Jerry and I have been going to Dr. Fieleke for several years and find him to be a talented and knowledgeable doctor, with a sincere interest in our skin health. He has treated several pre-cancerous skin problems as well as several skin cancers. We trust him completely. His staff is also helpful and cheerful, which makes the whole visit comfortable. After studying the reviews of several, my wife Alice and I decided that Cornerstone Dermatology and Surgery Group was Indeed what we liked. Dr. David Fieleke and his staff help us feel welcome and comfortable. Now, after our first visit we know we made the right decision.

Very friendly, diagnosed my issue very quickly & we got right back in & taken care of in office surgery & after care were both great by Dr F. & Taylor his assistant.

Dr. Fieleke is someone I have known personally for many years but I have not had a reason for medical care in his field, but after detecting possible skin cancer, my family doctor referred me to David. Now after my first visit I am very impressed with his office, staff, and especially how professional but yet the same friendly outgoing David that my family have always known. Explained everything extremely well and was willing to answer any question.

The Dr. Is thorough and attentive. I was very impressed with the visit. Thank you for taking care of my needs.
