Dr. David Fisher, MD

Our follow-up appointment before surgery left me perplexed and in disbelief by how we were treated during our visit. I work with doctors in my profession as an Assistant Director for a Homecare Agency, personal life for my daughter who has down syndrome, volunteer work with Down Syndrome Association referring parents to doctors that listen to the parents and doctors who perfect their craft. I make a point to advocate for People. The way Dr. Fisher and his nurse were during our visit was disappointing. I asked simple questions any parent would ask regarding surgery, incision scarring, etc. His response was "it's surgery.. it going to be a big incision" He responded as if my questions were foolish; he was short and cold. I later reached out to the clinical manager about our experience. We spoke for a little bit and I felt better about what happened. He later retaliated by CANCELING her surgery without our knowledge and told us to seek another opinion. Regardless of the child. "Wow"

Excellent surgeon and even better bed side manner. I’m in the process of extensive facial reconstruction on my nose and face due to basal cells I had removed on my face. Even though the surgery process has taken longer than expected, he has explained everything and taken his time doing so. The only downside is he is out of my insurance’s network but even still I couldn’t ask for a better surgeon.

Wow, Dr. Fisher is the most amazing person and surgeon. He has the most gentle way about him, put my 11 year old daughter completely at ease, surgically repaired her face with more than medically precise hands, with a perfectly artistic touch. I cannot begin to thank him enough or to compliment him enough for his kind ways and perfection.
