He and his PAs care about their patients, their employees. The office is clean and people that go in and out always seem happy. He has care for my family for decades.

Friendly Staff! Great Doctor!

My mom was always having a terrible time with him. Struggle to make appointments. Struggle to get referrals to see specialists. It always took them months to get a referral. His staff very unprofessional. They do not explain things well. Do not follow up with the patient. Doctor doesn't seem to care about his patients.

Dr. David Guerrero listens to me and asks questions in helping me to continue my good health.

The ladies in the front are very rude, have you on hold for up to 10-15 minutes at a time. I have been hung up on even! It took over two weeks for my paid document (which was 'sitting in the wrong doctors pile of paper work to be filled out' for the whole first week!) When I finally went to the office before workthis morning they still did not send my doc's to the fax I provided. And took over 30 min. to do so. I got help once I asked for a manager. I go back BC Dr. Roxanne Garcia is the best!

Dr. Guerrero is a great physician but based on his staff and how they treat people i would never go back. I have changed doctors because of his staff. very unprofessional.

I really like Dr Guerrero very much. He is very knowledgeable and honest. However, I am not impressed with office/staff organization. Maybe they are understaffed. They are quick to bill and add charges that can't be explained to insurance or send you letters if you cancel late or leave you on hold forever. I have to usually call back, an average of 3 times before I get someone to not put me on hold. I am currently on hold now, again, and it's been over 18 minutes.

I would not recommend this office period, not even to my worst enemy. The office staff are months behind in their referrals/paperwork. The phones are not answered or you are placed on hold forever. Orders are often incomplete and prescriptions are delayed because they do not respond to pharmacy queries to clear up any discrepancies. I would sue him, but do not want to waste any more of my valuable time. Suffice to say he and his staff have abused my time quite enough. Run!!!!

The front desk/reception staff is HORRID. They care nothing about the patients or their needs. Urgent documents were sent over that were time sensitive to my insurance dates and they took nearly 2 weeks to get them SIGNED by a doctor. A call had to be made to them almost daily about these forms - which were MARKED URGET FOR A REASON - and still were not filled out or sent back in time !! The whole staff needs to be fired. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN !!!! the lack of care is DISGUSTING !!!!

When calling the clinic they never answer and if they do they put you on hold for a long time,there always in a hurry to hang up then on the visits they take long even with appointments, front desk clerks always have attitudes they just rude.
