LONG waits, EVERY time
We have been patients in Dr. Hafen's practice for more than a decade. In recent years, we can expect to sit in the waiting room for well over an hour before each visit, and then another 20-30 minutes once we are in a room. The receptionists say he is also the urgent care doctor and so we can expect long waits while he prioritizes walk-in patients ahead of scheduled patients. This is unacceptable. He is a good doctor with whom we have always had a good relationship. But 1 - 2 hours sitting and waiting for him to work us into our scheduled appointment shows a lack of caring and respect that is unacceptable.

Of the many doctors I’ve had, Dr David Hafen was among the most helpful. I’ve had some uncommon health circumstances and he has been amazing in helping me get treatment.

He seemed nice but didn't spend much time with me and I was a new patient. He ordered a blood test and said we could discuss the results over the phone to plan out a course of action based on the results but only got a call back from a nurse who told me that Dr, Hafen never talks to patients over the phone. I'm not going to pay out of pocket for another visit when he said we could discuss the results over the phone. I'll be looking for another doctor that cares and isn't greedy.

Dr Hafen is a great doctor. He listens to my concerns, addresses the problems and makes sure that I understand everything before I leave. It's nice to have a doctor who really care's about me the patient, and not just trying to rotate me through as quickly as possible. I have recommended him to many and I will continue to recommend him to anyone looking. 5 STARS for Dr Hafen!!!!!
