Everything about my visit was totally professional, educational and friendly. . Having tests performed onsite with results available right away to the doctor is invaluable. Most important for me is having Dr. Heiden review out loud and succinctly my history with him before making an equally succinct assessment of the tests just taken and their import. I so appreciate being included in this way.

Everything was great except the technician who took my information before Dr. Heiden was odd. She interrupted me a lot then kept profusely apologizing. She doesn't seem professional, seemed impatient and everything seemed personal. She has a very strange energy compared to past technicians. Not sure why? I've seen her twice both times were odd!

Dr. Heiden and his staff are always great. Dr. Heiden is very kind, patient and friendly. He has great job knowledge. He is the best eye doctor. My family and I greatly appreciate all of his great help and kindness. His staff is always kind and friendly as well. The ease of scheduling appointments may be difficult but my family and I make appointments 6 plus months ahead so we can always see Dr. Heiden.

I was referred to Dr Heiden by my rheumatologist for treatment of an autoimmune ophthalmological problem. My condition is difficult to treat and I am probably not the easiest or most "patient" patient in the world since I'm a registered nurse with a postgraduate degree. However, I can say nothing but wonderful things about Dr Heiden. Throughout the entire treatment period (which continues), Dr Heiden has engaged me as an active participant in my care, working with me, not working on me!
