Dr. David Hess, MD

Dr Hess is arrogant and abrasive. I was not confident in his medical advice and would not recommend him.

His office manager is the nastiest person I've ever met. She yellsband curses and if she is a reflection of his office I hope they close

Dr David Hess is a rarity in these times. He takes the time to answer any questions you may have, and is extremely patient! His experience as a top notch cardiologist makes you feel like you are in great hands. The office support staff goes above and beyond to help with any non medical issues.

Good doctor as far as diagnosis and care management goes. However, he has minimal people skills, and will walk into the room and start the conversation without so much as saying Hi or acknowledging a family members presence in the room. He's heavy on meds management and will spend more time tweaking meds, adding/removing meds based on vital signs and blood work rather than talking to the patient to find out more about lifestyle, eating habits, etc. ALL of his office staff are awesome !!

The office employees are terrible. They claimed my office deductible was double what it actually was. Conference call with insurance company had them stuttering with no response. They then collected my deductible and copay never applying the deductible.Several phone calls and 2 months latter they reluctantly acknowledged their mistake. Now they say they never collected my copay ( which I paid cash) and only have a record of my credit card. What doctor doesn’t collect copay? They told me I lied

I would not recommend him to anyone. On my last visit, he did not even look at me to talk to me. All he said was that he could not do anything else for me; then he left the room. So unprofessional!
