I have not had a bad experience with a radiologist until I encountered David Hillier. Dr. Hillier interpreted a DXA scan 3 weeks ago. He made a conclusion by analyzing the left hip when my order was for both hips stating the problem hip was the right. Rather than apologize for this error, he doubled down and concluded I was fine without looking into previous records, DXA scans, or having any knowledge of my medical history. He has refused for over three weeks and 7+ requests to release my T-Score results claiming I am fine, I don't need them, it's not important, I don't give them to people under 50. I have doctor's outside of Kaiser in GI & PT who need the T-Score results in order to diagnose my disease. They can't do so without receiving them from Dr. Hillier and cannot rely on a report saying 'I am fine' to use as primary evidence for diagnosis. Dr. Hillier has been stubborn, combative, &unprofessional in response to these requests. Patients should be entitled to to their records.

Dr. Hillier was efficient, professional and appropriately warm. I appreciated the information he gave me during a breast biopsy. Dr. Hillier and his staff made this nerve racking experience as easy, painless and relaxing as possible.
