Dr. Jesse is very kind and knowledgeable and always helps me with whatever I need. Very happy with his care

Didn't feel like UCI health has my best interest for health care. I was at the clinic for stomach pains. Then went to UCI emergency and then schedule for follow up. Seems like there are no communication or history. Everything or every appointment is transactional and siloed.

Appointment was quick to the point. Very happy with the doctor.

Staff was outstanding as was Dr Jesse.

It's always a pleasure to go to my UCI CLINIC in Yorba Linda.

Everything was clean, everyone was very nice, and the process went very fast.

The front desk , the older lady a bit rude. "You're late. Your check in was at 10:20am. I did call you yesterday to remind you. Why were you late?" I was in surprise the time of voice she was expressing herself. Usually she's a kind person. I did mentioned that my appointment was at 10:40am and is about 10:30am. I was early but it seems to make her upset that I wasn't there by 10:20am.

UCI needs their primary/specialists should be able to call in "as needed" preventative RX's for women for bladder or yeast infections that women get occasionally instead of forcing them to make an appt with an urgent care when this type of episode occurs. FYI there is no way on Gods green earth that any woman with the symptoms of a UTI can even move, drive, work, walk or focus when this comes on. St. Jude is allowed to do it for their patients. This seems like this is nothing but a money grab and you could care less about the patients care.

Dr. Jesse has been my doctor for years. Being with UCI, I have available to me for extended services, if needed.

The doctor is kind. He listens to his patients and is fast at the same time. He answered all my questions. He explained to me in detail what I had and what I should expect from the medication and how long it would take for the medication to become effective. He is a doctor who takes his time to patiently explain to his patients. He makes his patients feel that they are important. I felt relaxed.

Dr Jesse took time and reviewed, page by page, my lab test results.

It was great!

I have lots of trust in Dr Jesse. Being a former ER doc he has lots of repetition in seeing things to diagnose. Repetition over time makes a great doc.

Dr. Jesse was able to answer my questions. He examined my elbow and observed irritation and bruising. He readjusted my shoulder abduction sling to make it more comfortable. I am going to switch to UCI Yorba Linda for my Primary Care. Thank you, {patient name removed}

Would have liked to hear if my pre ops were sent to my surgeon the same day.

Dr. Jesse has always been a very good doctor who tries to figure out any issues you might be having. He gives you the referral or resources necessary for your condition

Good experience overall but I was contacted and reminded too many times about this appointment. I originally confirmed the appointment via text message, then received a phone call a few days later confirming again anyway. This always seems to happen, I will confirm via text or MyChart and will receive a phone call anyway. I would prefer to not receive a phone call if I already confirmed via another method.
