I have been extremely happy with Dr Josephson since I started seeing him late last year. Every other neurologist that I saw before him just rushed to the diagnosis and put me on medication right away. Dr Josephson has been following a plan and is working on resolving the problem rather than just giving me medication. Love this doctor!. And for those who are complaining about the wait, just be patient. I felt the same way initially but then after a few visits, I quickly realized that the reason why he is sometimes late to an appointment is because he is giving every patient the same time and care as you would expect. I don't mind waiting because I know he is helping somebody else to resolve their problems. To conclude, I would highly recommend this Dr Josephson you want your problems diagnosed. He is kind of like 'Dr House' if you ever watched the TV show.

Trouble with contacting office
Telehealth
The front office staff not anwering calls or voice mails. There was no DX code on my lab order so when I went to have bloodwork done the hospital could not do it without the code. Lab RN tried to call office while I was in there but no one answered so I was sent home. I tried calling an addtional 3 times during the day and left voice mails and still no one has returned my call.

Do not go to Josephson expecting to get your diagnosis or any help. He will give up .

Dr David Josephson has been my neurologist for over 20 years! He diagnosed my Multiple Sclerosis in 1999 when other doctors could not figure out what was going on with me. He is very KIND and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! Extremely great neurologist! Dr Josephson’s PA, Emily Kreich is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and caring. He does run behind with his appointments, because he is so caring and spends as much time as needed with each patient. He is very busy and you have to schedule your appointments out a few months; if it is something that is urgent, the office will work you in.

Dr Josephson was great, but the overall experience while being treated was negative. The office does NOT return calls or emails, you have to wait months to be seen, and I waited over an hour to be seen on multiple occasions. The practice has grown so large, they don't have time to care for the patients they have. While I hate to lose the doctor, I can't recommend the practice to anyone.

Dr. Josephson is one of a kind. Brilliant, empathetic and takes the time needed to diagnose a patient correctly. Appointments for new patients might not be immediately available. However, if you want the finest care it is worth the wait.

My dad has been seeing this doctor and Dr Josephson told him nutrition has nothing to do with brain health. He may be good at treating some neurological conditions but go elsewhere for any cutting edge or effective treatment of neuro-degenerative conditions. No results and lot of money spent with this doctor.

I have seen Dr. Josephson for Migraines for 20 years. He continue to treat me for Migraines but also follows me to make sure the headaches are not from other causes. I also developed Bell's Palely a few months a ago. The ER doctor and on call Neurologist missed it. Dr Josephson's assistant called me the next day and said that Dr. Josephson had reviewed my hospital record and wanted to see me first thing in the morning. He diagnosed me when no else I had seen could.

Spends the time to figure out what is wrong. If you need diagnosed, Dr. Josephson is who you need to see. Great general neurologist, very knowledgeable and personable. Because he doesn't rush through appointments, he can sometimes get behind schedule.
