Dr. David Kaplan, MD

While Dr Kaplan is very knowledgeable, it’s a shame that his office assistant Ms. Sylvia aka the wife is not. During my first visit on April 7 it took Ms Sylvia over an hour took check me in. And yes, I had an appointment. I then had to wait an additional 45 minutes to see Dr Kaplan. Once seen by Dr Kaplan, he told me I needed a MRI and that the MRI clinic would contact me within a few days. When I did receive a call from the MRI clinic, I called Dr Kaplan’s office and left a message on April 12 and 13 but I never received a call back. On April 14, I finally received a call from Ms Sylvia telling me that my request was still on hold because of my insurance carrier. I explained to her that I had recently had an MRI at Simon Imaging, but she dismissed this information. Ms Sylvia then told me that she would talk to Dr Kaplan. On April 23 I called the office again but I haven’t received a call back . It is now April 26 with no answer. I will not be returning to this office
