My son, husband, and father in law are all patients here. His staff and the doctor are always so kind and thoughtful. I feel like they really care about them and do all they can to make their lives better! Highly recommend!

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Kaplansky?
On November 18 I visited the office because I have been experiencing numbness in my toes. I called twice to follow up on a prescription they said they would be calling in. Two weeks later, I got a call from a supplement company wanting to sell me $150 worth of vitamins as referred by this office. Is this a doctor's office or a health and wellness retail store? I called the office to complain and they said they would call me back today and see if they could give me a generic prescription instead of one that was not covered by insurance. It is after noon and I still have not received a call from them. I just called and left a message. Three weeks later, and my toes are still numb and I have no solution in sight thanks to the incompetence here.
