Dr Kim is wonderful but his staff makes me want to see another doctor & I will. Unfriendly, clumsy staff that are unwilling to help- files claim to wrong insurance company (after given correct one!) and it's been months trying to fix this but nobody over there cares. There is 1 person handling claims and that person comes in once a week. Sometimes that person doesn't come in at all. During this time there is absolutely nothing the staff will do except telling you that they don't handle claims!!

I really like Dr. Kim he is friendly and make you feel comfortable. His staff on the other hand is quite messy and inconsistent. I once returned a called regarding biopsies and was told I dint have any results back. I relayed the message on my phone and then was forwarded to the dr. This is a normal occurrence. It's really a shame, Dr. Kim is a good doc, but his staff is lacking.

My cavity fillings are still in from when I was a child. I can only trust Dr. Kim with his work ethic and honesty.
